Shareholders Meeting–April 16, 2010

Shareholders of Triple Nine Resources Ltd. in attendance at the Shareholders Meeting held in the Holiday Inn, Stephenville, NL at 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 2010.  The Shareholders in attendance and proxies submitted resulted in an excellent turnout with 44% of the total shares outstanding being represented at the meeting.

The meeting was held to pass a resolution amending the Articles of the Corporation to allow the public to subscribe for securities of the Corporation, and to authorize the Corporation’s Solicitor to file the Articles of Amendment with the Registry of Companies, which was unanimously approved by the shareholders.

Directors and Officers in attendance included CEO Len Muise, President Gerry Hull and COO Vic French, who provided an update on the Corporate Business Plan and the exploration work planned on the Four Corners Project for the 2010 field season scheduled to start around mid May.  Results of the recent magnetometer surveying and surface sampling completed in February were also displayed at the meeting and attracted considerable shareholder interest.
