Newest Member Joins TNR Board

Len Muise, Chairman and CEO of Triple Nine Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that Ms. Lisa Hodge of St. John’s, NL has joined the Board of Directors of the Corporation.  Ms. Hodge has extensive experience in accounting and administration with a strong background in business fundamentals for various industries, including the mining industry.

Ms. Hodge holds B.A. and B.Ed. Degrees from Memorial University of St. John’s, NL and during the past 18 years she has held positions of Accountant, Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for a group of private and public companies.  She is presently the Treasurer and Assistant Corporate Secretary for New Island Resources Inc., a junior mining company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Ms. Hodge brings with her a vast knowledge of public company regulatory requirements in the areas of corporate governance and financial reporting, which Mr. Muise notes will greatly benefit Triple Nine in its business plan for a public listing on a Canadian Stock Exchange.
