George Gale of Winnipeg, MB holds a BA(Ed) and B.Sc. (H) and a M.SC as an INCO Fellow. In 1968, he attended Durham University as a Rothmere Fellow studying the Rambler Copper-Zinc deposits and earning a PhD in geology. He participated in the 2007 discovery of a high-grade copper deposit in the Flin Flon area of Manitoba. Dr. Gale has published extensively on the exploration techniques and geochemistry of mineral deposits.

Victor French of Bay Roberts, NL holds and B.Sc. and M.Sc., degrees Geology. is a Registered professional Geo-scientist and a Fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. During a 40-year career, he has worked in the mining industry as a senior manager with the Advocate Mines open pit operations in Baie Verte and as an exploration consultant the Industry. In addition, Mr. French is the VP and COO of Puddle pond Resources Inc.
Derek Wong, P. Eng.

Derek Wong, P Eng. of Fort McMurray, AB is a Professional Engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and since 2005 has held senior positions responsible for the planning and development of large capital projects for a large Canadian oil sands producer in Alberta. A native of Abbotsford B.C. he holds a Bachelor of Applied Science— Chemical Engineering degree from the University of British Columbia.

Chris Dawe of Bay Roberts, NL holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Memorial University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Dalhousie University, He is a highly successful businessman since 1985 is the President of Dawe’s Concrete Products Ltd. and project Engineer for Avalon Coal, Salt and Oil. He has managed high capital cost, technical projects such as the receiving. assembly and installation Of the Hibernia Offshore Loading System, the Sea base for installation of precast, sub-sea mats for the Terra Nova Offshore Project and marshaling the yard for the Voisey’s Bay Nickel Mine.

Lisa Hodge of Mount Pearl, NL holds B.A. and B.Ed. degrees from Memorial University of St. John’s and for the past 18 years has for a group of private and public companies in the area of accounting, she has held positions of accountant, Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and CFO, and brings with her a vast knowledge of company regulatory requirements, especially in the areas of corporate governance and financial reporting.
